About Me

Welcome! I’m thrilled to share my journey in health and fitness with you. My passion for making wellness accessible to everyone led me to dive deeply into both physical training and holistic practices. I believe that true health is about more than just physical strength—it’s about building a balanced, resilient mind and body in a safe, inclusive environment. My goal is to help you find your own path to wellness and empower you to achieve your health goals.

In early 2022, I travelled to Nepal to complete a 500-hour Hatha yoga course, which included in-depth training in pranayama and ashtanga. With over 12 years of personal yoga practice, this experience truly enriched my understanding of yoga and breathwork, grounding my approach in tradition and mindfulness. Shortly afterwards, in early 2023, I qualified as a personal trainer, broadening my expertise with skills in HIIT, boxercise, and Level 3 nutrition. This training allows me to design well-rounded, personalised fitness programs, integrating the best of yoga, strength training, and functional movement.

Outside of work, I stay active with rugby and continue exploring and practising the disciplines I teach. Health and fitness should be accessible and safe for everyone, and I’m committed to creating a supportive community where you feel confident and inspired to make sustainable changes. Whether you’re interested in dynamic fitness classes, yoga, breathwork, or one-on-one training, I’m here to guide you on a journey that’s as unique as you are.
