Everyone welcome, suitable for all levels.
This class is designed so you will feel comfortable in the class no matter your capability. However, if you are brand new to the world of breathwork the 10-week beginner course could be the perfect place for you to build that confidence.
Pricing
Classes are £12 PAYG or £100 for a block booking of ten. These can be used over a 12-week period as I understand sometimes you can make ever class.

A WhatsApp group with all course members is created so you can all help, encourage and grow together. I will also provide more information, support and challenges each week.

I will be available for 20 minutes after the clas s starts to answer any specific questions you make have.

Our 60-minute breathwork and meditation class offers a guided exploration of calming, energising, and balancing techniques to help you connect deeply with your breath and cultivate mindfulness. Each session is designed for all levels, guiding you through various pranayama (breath control) practices and meditation styles that support relaxation, focus, and inner clarity. With each week centred on a unique theme, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more in tune with yourself.
If you’re new to breathwork, we recommend starting with our beginners’ course, where you’ll receive a foundation in pranayama and meditation essentials, ensuring you feel confident and supported as you embark on this journey. For ongoing support, we also provide a community WhatsApp group, where you can ask questions, share experiences, and stay motivated.
