Strength Training: Develop power, tone muscles, and build overall strength using compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses.
Box Fit: Boost your stamina, coordination, and cardiovascular health with boxing-inspired workouts.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Burn fat and increase endurance with dynamic, intense intervals tailored to your fitness level.
Every training plan is created specifically for you. I offer a free 30-minute online consultation to assess your needs, goals, and fitness level so I can design a personalized program that’s all about your success. You’ll also receive nutritional guidance to support your progress outside of our sessions.
As your trainer, I’ll be available via WhatsApp from 9-5, Monday to Friday, to offer support and answer any questions you have between sessions. Together, we’ll ensure you stay motivated and on track, creating sustainable, long-term results.
